ACCOUNTABILITY
We recognize our accountability both to God, accreditation organizations and to our funders; individuals, foundations, businesses, churches, and other nonprofit organizations. We take our responsibility for what is entrusted to us seriously. Therefore, we want to remain transparent in how we conduct ourselves in stewarding all resources.

Urban Youth Impact has a responsible, qualified and independent Board of Directors.

Our financial statements are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. We voluntarily submit to and obtain an annual audit by the independent public accounting firm Divine, Blalock, Martin, Sellari, Inc in West Palm Beach Florida, certified public accountants and consultants. Our latest audit is available for viewing and downloading (below). Our Board of Directors appoints an Audit Committee to review the annual audit and report its findings to the Board. No staff or their relatives serve on this committee.

We will never share, sell nor rent your information to anyone nor any organization. We will never send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. We are committed to processing your information safely and securely in accordance with our compliance and legal obligations as an organization. You are welcome to request to be removed or opt-out from our marketing and communication efforts by simply making your request in writing or by choosing opt-out options in emails. Urban Youth Impact takes our responsibility for what is entrusted to us seriously. Please note the existence of our donor privacy policy does not prohibit Urban Youth Impact from contacting donors and funders for informational, educational, or solicitation purposes.
