Bill Hobbs was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and is currently living in West Palm Beach with his wife of 25+ years, Kerry, and his daughter, Rachel.
In 1988, Bill went into full-time ministry with Palm Beach County Youth for Christ as the Youth Guidance Director. He served 14 years as a PGA Golf Professional with the highlight of his golf career as Head Professional at PGA National Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, from 1984 to 1987.
Elizabeth was first introduced to the life-changing work of Urban Youth Impact while attending Palm Beach Atlantic University. In 2010, she graduated with a degree in Molecular Biotechnology and Medicinal Chemistry.
Bella serves as the Director of Programs. In her role she is responsible for the oversight of all of our major programs. She is passionate about meeting the needs of underprivileged children and their families through empowerment.

James Cheatham is the director of
Andrew is the Director of Operations. In his role, he is responsible for operations oversight, as well as the year-round work program and a mentoring initiative. He has a passion for seeing youth reach their potential and loves to pull their best out of them.
Michele Cyr is the Third Grade Elementary Team Leader at Urban Youth Impact. She is passionate about helping students improve their reading levels--assisting them in literacy as well as with homework while also providing a variety of educational and non-educational activities. "I believe that God has brought me to Urban Youth Impact so that I can combine my talents in teaching with sharing Christ's love."
Ami Ghaster is the Team Leader for kindergarten and first grade at The Leadership Academy. She enjoys working with the students by modeling the love of Christ and helping them learn.
Larry is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all UYI vehicles, planning and scheduling vehicle usage for our various programs and driving the bus. He says his fringe benefits are high fives, fist bumps, and hugs! Larry also works with Terryon Chapman on building upkeep and preventative maintenance.
