Bill Hobbs was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and is currently living in West Palm Beach with his wife of 25+ years, Kerry, and his daughter, Rachel.
In 1988, Bill went into full-time ministry with Palm Beach County Youth for Christ as the Youth Guidance Director. He served 14 years as a PGA Golf Professional with the highlight of his golf career as Head Professional at PGA National Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, from 1984 to 1987.
Joey Brunache is product of Urban Youth Impact and serves as a Team Leader for the fifth grade. Joey is currently a student at the University of Phoenix, majoring in Sports Management and is a Palm Beach Lakes High School graduate. He has a passion for kids, and has been working with them for over five years.
Rodney Cain is a Team Leader for the high school students in The Leadership Academy. He is responsible for mentoring, tutoring, and working with student’s grades 9-12. 
Terryon works as the Discipline Assistant for The Leadership Academy and he heads up the maintenance team at Urban Youth Impact. He is responsible for monitoring the disciplinary zone system utilized at The Leadership Academy, overseeing the exterior and interior maintenance of the buildings, and the landscaping. Terryon, who grew up in the Tamarind Avenue corridor, has been working at Urban Youth Impact for two years.
James Cheatham is the director of Project 5:13 for Urban Youth Impact. James is developing this new internship program that will bring college-aged students to serve in the inner-city for a year. While serving children and families who live here, interns will be discipled and will learn first-hand about front-line missions.
Andrew is the Director of Operations. In his role, he is responsible for operations oversight, as well as the year-round work program and a mentoring initiative. He has a passion for seeing youth reach their potential and loves to pull their best out of them.
Jennifer is the Communication Coordinator at Urban Youth Impact. She is responsible for social media, newsletters, the annual report, website content, fundraising efforts, grant writing and outreach events. She feels blessed to work at Urban Youth Impact because she sees God’s finger prints daily as He shapes the lives of students, staff and volunteers for His glory.
Candi is the Volunteer Coordinator at Urban Youth Impact and is responsible for the development of the volunteer program and overseeing the training, placement and processing of each volunteer. She also takes the lead on recruiting, developing and assigning the volunteers who are instrumental in our two largest outreaches: The Christmas Store and the Back 2 School Blast.
John Fix has been at Urban Youth Impact since 2006. He spent his first five years as the Director of Operations and in 2010 moved into the role of Director of Programs. His focus is facilitating strategic planning and development of Urban Youth Impact’s programming.
Ami Ghaster is the Team Leader for kindergarten and first grade at The Leadership Academy. She enjoys working with the students by modeling the love of Christ and helping them learn.
