Bill Hobbs - President

William HobbsBill Hobbs was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and is currently living in West Palm Beach with his wife of 25+ years, Kerry, and his daughter, Rachel.

In 1988, Bill went into full-time ministry with Palm Beach County Youth for Christ as the Youth Guidance Director. He served 14 years as a PGA Golf Professional with the highlight of his golf career as Head Professional at PGA National Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, from 1984 to 1987.


Elizabeth Badgett - Team Leader

Elizabeth BadgettElizabeth was first introduced to the life-changing work of Urban Youth Impact while attending Palm Beach Atlantic University. In 2010, she graduated with a degree in Molecular Biotechnology and Medicinal Chemistry.

Lizzy is passionate about working with the middle school students in The Leadership Academy. "Middle schoolers have a lot of identity pressures on top of academic stress," says Lizzy, "I feel called to support and encourage each individual student on the journey that God has laid before them."


Stephanie Brunjes - Volunteer Coordinator

Stephanie Williams

Stephanie is the Volunteer Coordinator at Urban Youth Impact.  In her role, she is responsible for building, developing and nurturing a team of high-impact volunteers who effectively reach UYI’s kingdom goals to become leaders who lead and develop other volunteers.  She has a passion for serving the community and showing people the love of Christ.


Freddie Canady - Facilities Crew

Freddie currently works at Urban Youth Impact as part of our facilities crew making sure our buildings stay clean and welcoming.


Connor Dealy - Team Leader

Connor Dealy is the 2nd and 3rd Grade Team Leader. In his class of 15 students, Connor hopes to develop and strengthen their weakness while encouraging and supporting their strength and interests.


Patricia Dixon - Family Empowerment Program Director

Patrcia Dixon

Patricia Dixon, also known as "G.P." (Grandma Pat), came to Urban Youth Impact in 2001 as part of a focus group on community needs. She was introduced to Mr. Bill in 1997 by her grandson, Travar Dixon, at a weekly outreach. G.P. graduated from the very first Parent Program offered by Urban Youth Impact in 2002 and her daughter, Tasha graduated the following year. In 2002, G.P. was added to the Urban Youth Impact family as parent liaison and later took on the Family Empowerment Program Coordinator position.


Michele Cyr - TLA Discipline Coordinator & Administrator

Michele CyrMichele Cyr is the TLA Discipline Coordinator and TLA Administrator at Urban Youth Impact. She is passionate about improving the inner city one child at a time. She will work alongside Team Leaders to ensure the safety of every child and is excited to begin an impactful dialogue with children, their families, and the schools that play a significant role in the lives of the children.


Lorraine DesRavines - TLA Arts Coordinator

Lorraine MutzerLorraine Theresa DesRavines is The Leadership Academy Arts Coordinator and Prayer Coordinator for Urban Youth Impact.  She is responsible for administrating the arts programs that are offered to our students and overseeing prayer meetings and prayer requests. She is also a Worship Leader at Bow Down Church where she sings, plays violin and viola and is in the process of putting together worship teams.


Larry Hicks - Transportation Manager/Property Maintenance

Larry is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all UYI vehicles, planning and scheduling vehicle usage for our various programs and driving the bus. He says his fringe benefits are high fives, fist bumps, and hugs!  Larry also works on building upkeep and preventative maintenance.


Orin Linde - Development

As a member of the development team, Orin Linde is excited to join UYI as he shares the staff's heart to love, equip and empower by helping the students and parents find hope and encouragement in the Lord. Orin Linde will assist with fund-raising events, cultivate donor relationships and promote the long-term goals captured in "Vision 2020." 


Madonna March - Administrative Assistant

Madonna March

Madonna was introduced to Urban Youth Impact as a teenager and has been involved with UYI for over 12 years. Madonna serves as Administrative Assistant and oversees all of the front desk operations at our main office. She is superb at multi-tasking and extremely flexible. Her job looks different almost every day and she is great at going with the flow of things around here.


Pam Newsome - Grants Administrator & Community Liasion

Pam NewsomePam Newsome is a West Palm Beach native who graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Sociology. She has been involved in the nonprofit sector for 15 years and has worked with youth, both teens and inner-city youth, for all of that time as well.
